Faits saillants du voyage
The Citadel of Amber
This bicycle tour of Amber begins opposite the picturesque Maotha Lake, overlooking the glorious Amber Fort basking in the morning sun. We ride our bike and visit the Akbari Masjid and later ride out the main citadel of Amer leaving the battlement walls behind into the countryside.
Baoris & Stepwell
Water is the essence of human life and it has always played a pivotal role in shaping different civilizations. The baoris & stepwells of Amer also disseminates many such historic incidents that shaped the history of Amber as we know it today.
Rural Amer
Riding our bikes towards the countryside leaving behind urban Amber you feel the change in ambience. Whilst riding smaller artisan shops are replaced by millet farms & cattle grazing on the foothills behind the walls of Amber. We make a shortstop at some archeological milestones that makes this journey a special one.
